I love the game, except for one thing. it crashed on me right after I was about to redeem a 2X pack multiplier. As a result, the pack multiplier vanished, and I never got a chance to use it! EDIT: Glitch or something, anyway, multiplier appeared, so nothing lost, five stars! Great game! Perhaps it was there and I didn't notice, I can honestly say I looked, and also it didn't give me the option to purchase using it. Then after rebooting, it appeared again, so I guess it healed itself! Again, 5🌟!

Tries to be too many things and does none of them well. Puzzles are only battling with just heroes and have poor AI. They basically exist to get people to pay for more champs than the ones needed for troops. Resources production doesn't scale to level requirements which will make many quit when they hit a resource paywall. Server war matching is ridiculous meaning there's no reason to grow. They don't care. The game is a mess of too many events, half of which require lots of money.

If anything goes wrong with a purchase, you're likely to get scammed into paying even more than you intended edit: How do you even get through to the in game customer service??? All there is is a AI bot to waste more of my time. Thanks for even more frustration!
